Common Quesitons and Issues

If you lost or forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Your User Name & Password? »" on the top right corner of the page.

This will take you to our password reset page where you can provide us with the email addressed used to register on this site.  A new password will be emailed to you.  You should log in to NFLPlayers.com and change your password as soon as possible.

NFLPA staff cannot look up your password as it is encrypted in our database.

To change your password, you must go to your profile management page "My Profile" located in your dashboard.  You must be logged in to access your dashboard.

You can also get to this page by clicking here.

PDF's can be tricky.  They require a couple of things to be true.

  1. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
  2. You must have a version equal to or newer than Acrobat 9.0

When you click on a PDF, your browser will either open the PDF directly in the window, or prompt you to save the file.  Try saving the file to your desktop and opening it from there.

After installing Acrobat on your computer, click here to try downloading and viewing the 2006 CBA.

There are a few causes for not being able to open links that 'pop up' in a new window. The main cause that we have seen affecting users on NFLPlayers.com is the use of Internet Explorer.
Microsoft has provided an article for enabling and disabling this feature.

Another common cause is the use of a 3rd party pop-up blocking application, like Google Toolbar or Yahoo Toolbar. Both of these applications require that you specify the sites in which pop-ups are allowed.  You can find the 'How To' articles by clicking on the links supplied.

You can also try 'right-clicking' on the link and select 'open in new window'.  This text may change depending on browser.

Remember, if you click on a link and nothing happens, chances are a pop-up window was blocked.

There are a couple of ways to look up a player foundation.

The easiest way is to search for it by hovering over the Search tab and making sure "Player Foundations" is checked.

Type in the player's name and press enter.

Alternatively, you can look up a foundation by going to the player's page.

First, you must find the player using our "Player Grid" found under the "Players" tab.

Search for the player in question and click on his headshot to pull up his profile page.

On this page you will find Bio information, News articles related to this player, and Charities.

If you dont see the Charity tab, it means that the player either doesn't have a foundation or we haven't added the information to our site.
Our site is constantly being updated so if you know a certain player has a charity and it isn't listed on NFLPlayers.com, please email us.
